4. Permitted use

- Share credentials or one premium account among multiple users.

- Use the App while driving or when distracted.
5. Educational content — not medical advice
Important: All MCQs, explanations, and materials are for exam preparation only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use independent clinical judgment in patient care. FCPSMed is not liable for clinical decisions based on App content.
6. Intellectual property
The App, branding, question bank, and materials are owned by FCPSMed or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence for personal study while your account is active.
7. User content
Notes and discussions remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and process them to operate the Services.
8. Offline mode and sync
Offline caches content on your device for personal use only. Sync may require internet; we are not liable for unsynced data lost on device failure.
9. Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change for maintenance or quality.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant error-free content or exam success.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCPSMed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim, or [local currency amount], where allowed.
12. Indemnity
You indemnify FCPSMed against claims from your misuse or violation of Terms.
13. Termination
