FCPSMed ("we", "us", "our") operates the FCPSMed mobile application (the "App") for FCPS exam preparation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

- Account information: name, email, phone (if provided), profile photo, password (hashed).
- Subscription information: premium status, plan, purchase and expiry dates. Payments via Google Play / App Store — we do not store card numbers.
- Study activity: MCQ answers, mock exams, scores, progress, notes, discussions, offline session sync data.
- Device & technical data: device type, OS, app version, IP, push tokens, crash logs.
- Communications: support messages and in-app feedback.
3. How we use your information
- Provide chapters, MCQs, mock exams, notes, and discussions.
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- Sync progress and enable offline practice.
- Send service notifications where you opt in.
- Improve content, fix bugs, analyse aggregate usage.
- Comply with law and lawful requests.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process data based on: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing where required), and legal obligation.

The App is for medical professionals and exam candidates, not children under 13. Contact us if a child has provided data.

Educational links (e.g. videos) are governed by third-party privacy policies.
12. Changes
We may update this policy in the App. Continued use means acceptance of the revised policy.
